An advantage of printing through eDIRECT is that you can set conditions to control the output type and content.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Use global variables with eDirect conditions. Using form variables has unpredictable results. A condition on a form is always processed no matter if eDirect conditions exist. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In the following example, the label is printed if the variable Status is less than 5, and an email message that includes a PDF attachment of the label is sent if the variable Status is equal to 8.
